    Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

    Serves: 4

    Preparation time: 20 minutes

    Ingredients:

    8 oz. 85 percent cacao chocolate bar
    1/4 cup coconut oil
    3/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter
    2 tbsp. raw honey
    1/8 tsp. sea salt
    Preparation: Melt dark chocolate in double boiler along with the coconut oil. Add a bit of this chocolate mixture into lined muffin pan and freeze for 15 minutes. In separate bowl mix the peanut butter, honey and sea salt. Add the peanut butter mixture over the frozen chocolate and then add remaining chocolate mixture. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

    Serving Suggestion: You can top these scrumptious bites with some whipped cream if you prefer.
