Cheesy Quesadillas

(Total Time: 10 MIN| Serves: 2)

Ingredients:
2 Low Carb Tortillas (Such as Mission Fajita)
¼ cup shredded Cheddar
1 Butter Stick

Directions:

  1. Melt half of the butter in the Instant Pot on SAUTE.
  2. Lay one tortilla and top with some cheese.
  3. Cover with the other tortilla and top with cheese, as well.
  4. Place the butter on top and flip over.
  5. Sauté until it becomes crispy on both sides.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
