Ingredients
• fresh lime zest from 2 organic limes
• 1 cup extra virgin coconut oil, softened
• 3/4 cup coconut butter, softened
• 20 drops Erythritol extract (or some other natural sweetener of your choice)
• pinch of salt
Preparation
1. Soften the coconut butter and coconut oil on room temperature.
2. Zest the organic limes.
3. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and stir well. Make sure that lime zest and erythritol extract are distributed evenly.
4. Prepare 16 mini muffin cups.
5. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Ready. Keep refrigerated.
