• ½ cup / 56g almond flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tbsp / 15ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 1 tsp lemon extract, sugar-free
• 1 tbsp instant gelatin
• 3 tbsp / 45ml coconut oil, melted

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the thinly sliced apples, lemon extract, and fresh lemon juice. Toss until the apple slices are evenly coated.
2. Transfer the apple mixture to a springform pan lined with parchment paper and set it aside.

10. Once cooled enough to handle, invert the pan onto a serving plate and remove the parchment paper. Slice and serve immediately.
