Shredded Beef with Pepper Rings

(Total Time: 85 MIN| Serves: 6)

Ingredients:
16 ounces jarred Pepper Rings
½ cup Beef Broth
1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
3 pounds Beef
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Season the beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Place in the Instant Pot.
  3. Add the pepper rings and pour the broth over.
  4. Close the lid and select MANUAL.
  5. Cook on HIGH for 70 minutes.
  6. Do a natural pressure release.
  7. Shred the beef with two forks inside the pot.
  8. Stir well to combine.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
