Chinese Chicken Wings

Preparation time: 60 minutes

Ingredients:

2 pounds chicken wings
1 cup soy sauce
½ cup water
½ tsp. chili oil
1 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp. fresh minced ginger
Preparation: Mix together all of the ingredients and then place the wings in the marinade and let sit overnight. Pre-heat the oven to 375°F. Oil a roasting tin and place the drained wings on it. Cook for 55 minutes and serve either warm or cool.

Serving Suggestion: This tasty dinner goes great with a salad and rice pilaf.
