Season and Sear: Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-low heat. Carefully place the cabbage wedges in the pan and sprinkle them evenly with the garlic powder and salt.3. Cook and Serve: Cook the wedges for 10 minutes on the first side, until they are tender and nicely browned. Flip them over and cook for another 5 minutes on the second side.
