Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons coarse sea salt
• 1 lime wedge
• For the Margarita
• 4 cups / 520 g ice
• ½ cup / 120 ml fresh lime juice
• ¼ cup / 40 g confectioners’-style erythritol OR 6 drops liquid stevia
• 4 ounces / 120 ml tequila
• 4 lime wedges, for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Glasses: If adding a salted rim, pour the coarse sea salt onto a small plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of four 8-ounce / 240-ml glasses, then dip the moistened rims into the salt until coated.
2. Blend the : Combine the ice, lime juice, sweetener of choice, and tequila in a high-powered blender.
3. Mix Until Slushy: Blend on high for about 30 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and has a perfect slushy consistency.
4. Serve Immediately: Pour the blended margarita into your prepared glasses. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge and enjoy right away.
