Grilled Garlic Butter Shrimp

Total time: 35 minutes

Ingredients :

• 1 pound of large shrimps
• 1¼ tablespoon of minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon minced parsley, minced
• ½ cup of butter
• Salt and pepper
• Bamboo skewers

Directions

1. Defreeze, peel, and devein the shrimp. Be careful not to take off the tails.
2. Preheat the grill to medium heat. This should be around 360°F
3. Melt your butter.
4. Mix the melted butter with garlic. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
5. Put your bamboo skewers through the shrimp
6. Once grill is heated, place the shrimp on it and start cooking. Turn the shrimp over after 2 minutes.
7. Spread your garlic and butter mixture on the side facing you.
8. After two minutes, turn it over and spread the garlic and butter mix on the other side
9. After you have flipped the shrimp, baste the side facing up with the garlic butter sauce.
10. Ensure both sides are evenly cooked.
11. Remove the shrimp and serve
