Spiced Turkey

(Total Time: 70 MIN| Serves: 4)

Ingredients:
2 lbs. turkey breast, boneless
2 garlic cloves, crushed
¼ cup oil
3 cups chicken broth

Spices:
1 tsp dried basil
3 whole cloves
½ tsp stevia powder

Directions:

  1. Rinse the meat under cold running water and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Place in a large Ziploc bag and add basil, cloves, and oil. Pour in one cup of chicken broth and seal the bag. Shake well and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  2. Grease the stainless steel insert with some oil and add garlic. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Remove the turkey from the refrigerator and place in the pot along with 2 tablespoons of the marinade and the remaining chicken broth.
  3. Seal the lid and set the steam release handle. Press the ‘Manual’ button and set the timer for 25 minutes.
  4. When done, release the pressure naturally.
