Chili Meatballs

(Total Time: 40 MIN| Serves: 4)

Ingredients:
1 pound ground Beef
¼ cup Arrowroot
1 Egg
2/3 Salsa
½ tsp Chili Powder
½ cup Tomato Sauce
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine the meat, egg, arrowroot, salt, pepper, and chili powder, in a bowl.
  2. Make meatballs out of the mixture.
  3. Combine everything else in the Instant Pot.
  4. Place the meatballs inside and close the lid.
  5. Choose MANUAL.
  6. Cook on LOW for 30 minutes.
  7. Release the pressure quickly.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
