Easy Pork Ribs

(Total Time: 30 MIN| Serves: 5)

Ingredients:

2 lbs pork ribs

1 cup cauliflower, chopped into florets

2 celery stalks, chopped

2 red bell peppers, chopped

½ cup onions, finely chopped

1 cup portobello mushrooms, chopped

1 cup tomatoes, diced

2 tbsp hot chili sauce, sugar-free

2 garlic cloves, whole

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

3 tbsp butter

5 cups beef broth

Spices:

2 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper, freshly ground

1 tsp dried celery

2 tsp onion powder

Directions:

Place the ribs in the pot and pour in enough water to cover. Add celery stalks and seal the lid. Set the steam release handle to the ‘’Sealing’’ position and press the ‘’Meat’’ button.
Set the timer for 15 minutes on high pressure.
When done, perform a quick pressure release and open the lid.
Now stir in the remaining ingredients and sprinkle with salt, pepper, celery, and onion powder. Stir all well and seal the lid again.
Set the steam release handle to the ‘’Sealing’’ position and continue to cook for another 7 minutes.
When done, perform a quick pressure release and open the lid.
Serve immediately.
