The best part? You can customize them with any kombucha flavor you adore. My personal go-to is GT’s Trilogy for its perfect blend of raspberry, lemon, and ginger, but the possibilities are endless!

Ingredients

• 8 oz / 240 ml kombucha of choice
• 1 cup / 150 g frozen mixed berries, thawed
• 2 tbsp / 24 g powdered erythritol, or to taste
• ⅓ cup / 53 g grass-fed gelatin
• Special Equipment
• Silicone gummy molds with 300 cavities

Instructions

2. Blend the Base: In a blender or food processor, puree the kombucha, thawed berries, and erythritol until completely smooth.
3. Heat and Dissolve Gelatin: Pour the puree into a small saucepan over low heat. Gradually whisk in the grass-fed gelatin until it is fully dissolved and the mixture has formed a thick, smooth paste. Heat gently until the mixture is warm and easily pourable, but do not let it boil—this protects the beneficial probiotics in the kombucha.
4. Fill the Molds: Carefully transfer the warm mixture to a liquid measuring cup or a squeeze bottle with a spout. Working quickly, pour or squeeze the liquid into your silicone gummy molds.
5. Chill and Set: Place the molds in the refrigerator to cool and solidify, which should take about 1 hour.
6. Enjoy and Store: Once firm, pop the gummies out of the molds. Store any leftovers in an airtight container or sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
