• ½ cup / 60g coconut flour
• 3 tbsp / 21g unsweetened raw cacao powder
• ½ cup / 70g chopped almonds
• ½ cup / 60g chopped walnuts
• 1 cup / 192g Swerve or other erythritol-based sweetener
• ½ cup / 113g coconut oil, melted
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp sugar-free orange extract
• ¼ tsp salt

4. Combine Dry : In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, Swerve, cacao powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
5. Mix the Batter: To the dry , add the melted chocolate, eggs, melted coconut oil, and orange extract. Using a mixer with a paddle attachment or a sturdy spatula, beat until the batter is smooth and fully incorporated. Fold in the chopped almonds and walnuts.
6. Prepare the Pan: Line a 6-inch springform pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan and use a spatula to spread it into an even layer.
7. Pressure Cook: Place the springform pan on the trivet inside the Instant Pot. Secure the lid, set the steam release handle to the “Sealing” position, and press the “Manual” or “Pressure Cook” button. Set the timer for 15 minutes.
8. Release Pressure & Cool: Once the timer finishes, perform a quick release by carefully turning the steam release handle to the “Venting” position. Once the pin drops, open the lid. Let the pan cool in the pot for 10-15 minutes.
9. Serve: Carefully lift the pan out of the Instant Pot using oven mitts. Allow the brownies to cool completely before releasing from the pan, cutting into squares, and enjoying.
