Pork Neck with Sesame Seeds and Soy Sauce

(Total Time: 45 MIN| Serves: 4)

Ingredients:

1 lb pork neck, chopped into bite-sized pieces

1 large onion, finely chopped

4 garlic cloves, whole

½ cup canned tomatoes, sugar-free

½ cup dark soy sauce

3 tbsp sesame seeds

3 tbsp oil

Spices:

1 tsp salt

2 tsp stevia powder

½ tsp ginger powder

Directions:

Plug in the instant pot and press the ‘’Saute’’ button. Grease the inner pot with oil and heat up. Add onions and cook until translucent.
Now add garlic and chopped meat. Pour in about ¼ cup of water and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finally, add tomatoes, soy sauce, and sesame seeds. Season with salt, ginger powder, and stevia powder. Give it a good stir and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
Press the ‘’Cancel’’ button and serve immediately. Optionally, sprinkle with some freshly chopped parsley or spring onions.
