Jamaican Jerk Pork

Ingredients:
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 pounds Pork Shoulder
1 cup Beef Broth
2 tbsp. Jamaican Spice Rub

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil in your IP on SAUTE.
  2. Add pork and cook on all sides, until browned.
  3. Combine the spices and broth and pour over.
  4. Close the lid and cook on MANUAL for 45 minutes.
  5. Release the pressure quickly.
  6. Shred the meat with forks inside the pot.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
