Ingredients:

• ¼ cup white sesame seeds
• ¼ cup black sesame seeds
• 4 (6-ounce) Ahi tuna steaks
• Salt and pepper
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon coconut oil
• 2 cups green beans

Directions:

1. In a shallow dish, mix the two kinds of sesame seeds. Season the tuna with pepper and salt. Dredge the tuna in a mixture of sesame seeds. Heat up to high heat the olive oil in a skillet, then add the tuna.
2. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until it turns seared, then sear on the other side. Remove the tuna from the skillet, and let the tuna rest while using the coconut oil to heat the skillet. Fry the green beans in the oil for 5 minutes then use sliced tuna to eat.
