Beef Bone Broth

(Total Time: 100 MIN| Serves: 4)

Ingredients:

1 ½ pounds Beef Boned

2 Thyme Sprigs

2 Bay Leave

1 Onion, chopped

1/3 cup chopped Celery

2 tsp minced Garlic

3 ounces Carrots, chopped

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions:

Place all of the ingredients in your Instant Pot.
Pour enough water to cover everything. Make sure not to go above the max line.
Close the lid and cook on HIGH for 90 minutes.
Do a natural pressure release.
Strain the broth well.
Serve or store as desired.
