In my world, ranch dressing is one of the greatest things ever invented. Yes, I am one of those people. I will literally put ranch on just about anything. Once I started making my own, I never bought it again. Making your own means way cleaner ingredients, and you get to control all the herbs and spices so that it tastes exactly how you like it.
INGREDIENTS
•1 cup mayonnaise, store-bought or homemade (here)
•¼ cup water
•2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
•1½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar
•1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
•1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
•1 teaspoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
•1 teaspoon garlic powder
•½ teaspoon onion powder
•½ teaspoon sea salt
•½ teaspoon ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Put all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
