Tomato Chili Chicken Tender with Fresh Basils

Total time: 50 minutes

Ingredients :

• 2 pounds of boneless chicken thighs
• 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 3 lemon grasses
• 3 tablespoons red chili flakes
• 2½ tablespoons minced garlic
• 2 cups water
• ¼ cup sliced red tomatoes
• ½ cup fresh basils
• Salt and pepper

Directions

1. Defreeze your chicken
2. Cut the chicken into small to medium pieces
3. Place the pieces in a skillet
4. Add some minced garlic and lemon grass
5. Add some salt and pepper to taste
6. Pour water over the chicken
7. Boil the chicken till the water totally/almost totally evaporates
8. Take out the chicken and set it aside
9. Heat a saucepan and pour olive oil in
10. Place the chicken and let it cook till it is brown
11. Place your tomatoes, basils, and chili flakes
12. Serve warm
