Pork crack slaw

Total time: 30 minutes

Ingredients :

• 1 pound of ground pork sausage
• 1 teaspoon of mixed garlic
• 1 Bags of ready-mix dry coleslaw
• 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
• 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
• ¼ of a red onion
• ¼ tablespoons of ground ginger
• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Place the sausage in a bowl and heat till brown and ready, place in chopped red onions while you heat
2. When the sausage is ready, pour in the rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, coleslaw kits and salt and pepper to taste.
3. Stir on fore for five to seven minutes to enable everything cook
4. Pour in the soy sauce and cover the pot.
5. Let the contents steam for 5 to ten minutes
6. While it steams, dice half or a green onion and slice the other half to serve
7. Take it out and serve warm
