Mayo Haddock

Ingredients:
1 pound Haddock
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
½ cup vegetable Stock
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp chopped Dill
1 tsp Olive Oil
¼ tsp Old Bay Seasoning
Directions:
- Whisk together the stock, lemon juice, dill, oil, seasoning, and mayonnaise, in the IP.
- Add the haddock and lock the lid.
- Set the IP to MANUAL.
- Cook on HIGH for 7 minutes.
- Release the pressure quickly.
- Serve and enjoy!
