Sausage and Avocado Bombs

Ingredients:

β€’ 12 Ounces Spanish Chorizo Sausage, Diced
β€’ ΒΌ Cup Butter, Unsalted
β€’ 2 Hardboiled Eggs, Large & Diced
β€’ 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
β€’ 2 Tablespoons Chives, Chopped
β€’ 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice, Fresh
β€’ 4 Avocado Halves, Pitted
β€’ Sea Salt to Taste
β€’ Cayenne Pepper to Taste

Directions:

1. Fry your chorizo over heat for five minutes before placing it to the side. Get out a bowl and combine all of your ingredients, mashing it together. Make sure not to add in your avocado halves. They’re for serving.
2. Refrigerate this mixture for a half hour before filling each avocado half. Serve chilled.
