Ingredients:
β’ 12 Ounces Spanish Chorizo Sausage, Diced
β’ ΒΌ Cup Butter, Unsalted
β’ 2 Hardboiled Eggs, Large & Diced
β’ 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
β’ 2 Tablespoons Chives, Chopped
β’ 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice, Fresh
β’ 4 Avocado Halves, Pitted
β’ Sea Salt to Taste
β’ Cayenne Pepper to Taste
Directions:
1. Fry your chorizo over heat for five minutes before placing it to the side. Get out a bowl and combine all of your ingredients, mashing it together. Make sure not to add in your avocado halves. Theyβre for serving.
2. Refrigerate this mixture for a half hour before filling each avocado half. Serve chilled.
