Sautéed Radishes with Green Beans

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon butter
• ½ pound fresh green or wax beans, trimmed
• 1 cup thinly sliced radishes
• ½ teaspoon sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted

Direction:

1. In a huge skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Cook beans for 4 minutes.
2. Cook radishes for 3 minutes longer stirring rarely. Mix in sugar and salt; sprinkle with nuts.
