    Beef and liver burger recipe

    Count on making this a permanent part of your repertoire because this burger is definitely that yummy.

    Ingredients

    ●    ¼ lb chicken livers

    ●    1 ¼ lbs ground beef 

    ●    ½ medium red onion, peeled 

    ●    1 tsp poultry seasoning

    ●    1 ½ tsp coriander

    ●    1 tsp sea salt

    ●    1 tsp ground black pepper 

    Instructions

    ●    In a food processor, add the red onion and chicken livers.

    ●    Pulse it until you get a smooth paste.

    ●    Add the ground beef and all the spices.

    ●    Pulse the food processor until the texture is relatively smooth.

    ●    Shape this mixture into four patties, 4” in diameter.

    ●    Grill to your liking!
