Since the Keto diet does not allow chickpeas, we need to find a way to have some dip with our kale chips. This Zucchini Avocado Hummus is the best dip you will come across.
Ingredients
1 Avocado
1 Zucchini
2 Garlic Cloves
2-3 Tbspns Lime Juice
1 Tspn Cumin Powder
4 Tspn Tahiti (Sesame seed paste)
½ Tspn Paprika
1 Tspn Olive Oil
Salt
Method
Peel the zucchini and chop into small pieces. Add all the ingredients except the olive oil and paprika into a blender. Blitz until all the ingredients turn into a creamy paste. Drizzle over olive oil and sprinkle some of the paprika. This dip can last for days if refrigerated.
