Coffee and coconut combined makes a surprisingly great treat.
Ingredients Required:
3/4 cup shredded coconut
1 Teaspoon coffee
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup macadamia nuts (or nuts of your preference)
Method:
In a bowl, add in the shredded coconut. Add in the coffee, salt and mix it all well to combine. Next add the vanilla extract. Make sure the mixture is firm. You can refrigerate it for 5 minutes to make it firm. Place the chopped macadamia nuts in a bowl or plate. Make little balls and roll it into macadamia nuts.
