Ingredients
2 eggs
2 bacon slices, cooked and chopped
1 oz. deli cut chicken
¼ avocado
1 tomato
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
Directions
- Beat the eggs and pour into a hot pan. Begin to scramble and season.
- When eggs are halfway cooked, add the chicken, bacon, sliced avocado, and tomato.
- Combine the mayo and mustard as well and drizzle inside.
- Fold the omelet. Cook for 5 minutes or until heated through.
