Tomato Tuna Pasta

(Total Time: 20 MIN| Serves: 2)

Ingredients:
1 Tuna Can, drained
1 cup canned diced Tomatoes
1 tsp minced Garlic
1 tbsp. diced Onions
1 tbsp. chopped Parsley
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese
2 cups Zucchini Noodles
¼ cup Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp. Butter

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter in the Instant Pot on SAUTE.
  2. Add onions and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce and cook for 2 more minutes.
  4. Stir in the remaining ingredients, except the cheese.
  5. Close the lid and cook on HIGH for 3 minutes.
  6. Do a quick pressure release.
  7. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
