Sea Bass in a Tomato Feta Sauce

(Total Time: 30 MIN| Serves: 4)

Ingredients:
4 Sea Bass Fillets
1 cup canned diced Tomatoes
1/2 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
1 tsp chopped Parsley
1 tsp chopped Basil
1 tsp minced Garlic
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp Pepper
1 ½ cups Water

Directions:

  1. Season the sea bass with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour the water into the Instant Pot and place the sea bass on the rack.
  3. Close the lid and cook on HIGH for 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a plate and discard the water.
  5. Heat the oil in the IP on SAUTE.
  6. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Add tomatoes and cook for 1 more minute.
  8. Stir in basil and parsley.
  9. Add the sea bass and top with feta.
  10. Cook for 1 minute.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
