● Cocoa powder - unsweetened (1 tbsp.)

● Large egg (1)

● Almond or coconut milk (2 tbsp.)

● Stevia liquid extract (10 drops)

● Coconut oil (1 tbsp.)

● Vanilla extract (.5 tsp.)

● Monk fruit liquid (10 drops)

● Optional: Sugar-free whipped cream

● Optional: Sugar-free chocolate chips (1 tbsp.)

● Also Needed: 1 ramekin or coffee mug

Preparation Method

  1. Whisk the coconut flour and cocoa powder in the mug.
  2. Stir in the almond milk, egg, avocado oil, vanilla extract, and sweeteners until well combined. Toss in the chocolate chips if desired.
  3. Microwave using the high setting for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
  4. Cool slightly and garnish with a portion of whipped cream and chocolate chips.
