This Keto Oreo Chaffle recipe delivers all the rich, chocolatey goodness and creamy delight you’ve been missing. Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons (6g) coconut flour
• 3 tablespoons (15g) unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon (4g) baking powder
• 4 tablespoons (48g) powdered erythritol sweetener
• 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons (30ml) heavy cream
• 2 large eggs, at room temperature
• 2 tablespoons sugar-free whipped cream, for filling

3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sweetener until well combined and free of lumps.

5. Lightly grease the waffle maker if necessary. Pour about 2 tablespoons of batter (or one-fourth of the total batter) onto the preheated waffle maker.

7. Carefully remove the chaffle with a silicone spatula and set it on a wire rack. Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make 4 chaffles in total.
8. To assemble, spread 1 tablespoon of sugar-free whipped cream onto one chaffle and top it with another to create a sandwich. Repeat to make a second sandwich. Serve immediately.
