Mayo Haddock

(Total Time: 15 MIN| Serves: 4)

Ingredients:
1 pound Haddock
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
½ cup vegetable Stock
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp chopped Dill
1 tsp Olive Oil
¼ tsp Old Bay Seasoning

Directions:

  1. Whisk together the stock, lemon juice, dill, oil, seasoning, and mayonnaise, in the IP.
  2. Add the haddock and lock the lid.
  3. Set the IP to MANUAL.
  4. Cook on HIGH for 7 minutes.
  5. Release the pressure quickly.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
