Fish Pho

(Total Time: 40 MIN| Serves: 6)

Ingredients:
4 ounces Salmon, chopped
4 ounces Shrimp
7 ounces Squid, chopped
5 cups Water
1 tsp minced Garlic, sliced
1 cup Zucchini Noodles
¼ cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Salt
½ cup Dill
1 Jalapeno Pepper, sliced
1 tsp Chili Flakes
½ tbsp. Coriander
5 ounces Bok Choy

Directions:

  1. In your I, combine the water, dill, soy sauce, salt, chili flakes, and coriander.
  2. Set it to SAUTE and close the lid.
  3. After 10 minutes, strain the mixture and return the liquid back to the pot.
  4. Stir in the fish, garlic, bok choy, jalapeño, and noodles.
  5. Close the lid and cook on HIGH for 6 minutes.
  6. Do a natural pressure release
  7. Serve and enjoy!
