Ingredients:
½ cup Heavy Cream
¼ cup Chicken Broth
1/2 Red Onion, chopped
¼ cup Butter
½ Celery Stalk, chopped
1 pound Lump Crabmeat
Directions:
- Melt the butter in your Instant Pot on SAUTE.
- Add onion and celery and cook for 4 minutes.
- Add crabmeat and broth.
- Stir to combine and close the lid.
- Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes.
- Do a quick pressure release.
- Stir in the cream.
- Serve and enjoy!
