Serves: 3
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
2 sheets of dried seaweed
2 cans tuna fish
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
1 medium ripe avocado cut into slices
¼ red sweet bell pepper, finely sliced
Chili sauce
Preparation: Mix the tuna, mayonnaise and parsley. Lay out the dried seaweed (a sushi mat helps a lot if you have one). Spread the tuna mixture over the dried seaweed and add the pepper and avocado slices. Roll up and press firmly so that the dried seaweed sticks together. Cut into pieces and serve with chili on top.
Serving Suggestion: Nori seaweed rolls are the best for this recipe, though you can use other types.
