It’s a perfect blend of savory, sweet, and crunchy textures that provides a steady boost of energy without the sugar crash. No cooking, no stopping—just pure, delicious fuel to keep you moving.

Ingredients

• 3 ounces / 85g no-sugar-added beef jerky, chopped
• ½ cup / 50g roasted pecans
• ¼ cup / 32g roasted pepitas
• ¼ cup / 28g slivered almonds
• ¼ cup / 20g unsweetened coconut flakes
• ¼ cup / 30g sugar-free dried cranberries
• ¼ cup / 42g sugar-free dark chocolate chips
• 3 tablespoons / 27g hulled sunflower seeds

Instructions
