    Almond Sandwich Chaffles

    Ingredients

    • Cheddar cheese (shredded) – 1 cup
    • Eggs – 2
    • Almond flour – 2 tablespoons

    Preparation Method

    1. Pre-heat and grease waffle iron
    2. Mix cheddar cheese and eggs in one bowl
    3. Add the almond flour into mixture to enhance texture
    4. Pour mixture onto waffle plate and cook till crunchy
    5. Garnish ready and slightly cooled chaffles with preferred garnish
    6. Takes 5 min to prepare and serves 2
