    BLT Chaffles

    Ingredients

    • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) – 1 cup
    • Eggs – 2
    • Green onion (diced) – 1 tbsp
    • Italian seasoning – ½ teaspoon

    For Sandwich

    • Bacon – 4 strips
    • Tomato (sliced) – 1
    • Green Lettuce – 2 leaves
    • Mayo – 2 tablespoons

    Preparation Method

    1. Pre-heat and grease waffle maker
    2. Mix all ingredients in one bowl
    3. Pour mixture onto waffle plate and spread evenly
    4. Cook till crunchy then leave to cool for a minute
    5. Serve with lettuce, tomato and mayo
    6. Takes 5 min to prepare and serves 2
