    Wrapped Bacon Rolls

    Ingredients

    • 4 bacon slices
    • 6 toasted pecan halves, chopped
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
    • 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
    • granulated garlic (to taste)

    Preparation

    1. Divide bacon into 3 equal parts.
    2. Spread generously each bacon part with unsalted butter. Press butter side into pecan pieces.
    3. Top with each with mayonnaise, sprinkle with granulated garlic and wrap in a rolls. Enjoy!!
