Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 oz. cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon granulated sugar substitute
• ½ cup almond flour
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients until smooth.
2. Transfer the mixture into a medium bowl and put aside for about 3 minutes.
3. Grease a large non-stick skillet with butter and add ¼ of mixture.
4. Spread the mixture and cook until golden brown.
5. Flip the pancake and let it cook. Do it again for the remaining mixture.
