Ingredients
• 8 ounces spinach
• 4 large hard-boiled eggs
• 6 ounces bacon
• 1/2 medium red onion
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Direction:
1. Pan-fry bacon until it is done and crispy. Chop into pieces once cooked and set aside.
2. Slice the hard-boiled eggs and, rinse the spinach.
3. Combine the lettuce, mayonnaise, and remaining bacon fat into a large cup season.
4. Toss red onion, sliced eggs, and bacon into the salad. Serve immediately.
