Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• ¼ cup butter, softened
• Salt and pepper
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan
• 1-pound asparagus, trimmed
• 2 tablespoons almond flour
• 4 (6-ounce) boneless halibut fillets
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 F and line a foil-based baking sheet. Throw the asparagus in olive oil and scatter over the baking sheet.
2. In a blender, add the butter, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and mix until smooth. Place the fillets with the asparagus on the baking sheet, and spoon the Parmesan over the eggs.
3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, then broil until browned for 2 to 3 minutes.
