Rainbow Stir Fry
Easily made and good eatin’!
Ingredients
● 2 cup cooked chicken
● 6 peeled carrots
● ½ small diced onion
● 2 cloves of minced garlic
● 3-4 tbsp of coconut aminos
● 1-2 cups of green beans
● ¼ cup of real butter
● sea salt
● pepper
Instructions
● In a large pan, sauté the diced onion in butter for 5 minutes.
● Add a bit of sea salt.
● Add garlic and cook for another minute.
● Add green beans, carrots, coconut aminos, and chicken. Cook on medium heat until the vegetables are cooked through.
● Add salt and pepper to taste.
