Ingredients

• 10 fresh cranberries, plus more for garnish
• 2 teaspoons / 8g powdered erythritol
• 2 ounces / 60ml dry gin
• 2 lime wedges, plus a wedge for garnish
• 1 tablespoon / 15ml fresh lime juice
• 2 ounces / 60ml prosecco, chilled

Instructions

3. In the base of a cocktail shaker, combine the 10 fresh cranberries, powdered erythritol, and 2 lime wedges. Muddle firmly until the cranberries have burst and the limes have released their juices.
4. Add the dry gin and fresh lime juice to the shaker. Fill with ice, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
5. Double-strain the contents through a Hawthorne strainer and a fine-mesh sieve into your prepared ice-filled glass.
6. Top with chilled prosecco and garnish with a few extra cranberries and a fresh lime wedge.
