    Olive Chaffles

    Ingredients

    • Cheddar – 1/3 cup
    • Parmesan – 1/3 cup
    • Eggs – 1
    • Baking powder – ¼ teaspoon
    • Flaxseed (ground) – 1 teaspoon
    • Olive (sliced) – 6 to 8
    • Several sun-dried tomatoes

    Preparation Method

    1. Add cheddar cheese, flaxseed, egg and baking powder in a bowl and mix
    2. Chop the tomatoes finely and add them to the mix.
    3. Shred half parmesan cheese on waffle iron and lightly grease plate
    4. Pour mixture and top with olives and remaining parmesan cheese
    5. Cook till crisp
    6. Takes 5 min to prepare and serves 2
