Method
Peel the zucchini and chop into small pieces. Add all the ingredients except the olive oil and paprika into a blender. Blitz until all the ingredients turn into a creamy paste. Drizzle over olive oil and sprinkle some of the paprika. This dip can last for days if refrigerated.
