Ingredients

• 1 cup / 125g almond flour
• ½ tablespoon baking powder
• ½ tablespoon coconut flour
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons / 28g grass-fed butter, unsalted, melted
• 2 large pasteurized eggs, at room temperature
• ¼ cup / 60ml light beer

2. Preheat your oven to 350°F / 175°C. Grease a 9×5 inch (22.5×12.5 cm) loaf pan with avocado oil or line with parchment paper.
3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
4. In a separate medium bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Whisk in the melted butter and light beer until the mixture is smooth.
5. Pour the wet into the dry and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter.
6. Spoon the batter into your prepared loaf pan and use a spatula to smooth the top into an even layer.
7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Remove the pan from the oven and allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
9. Once cooled, cut into 8 thick slices and serve.
