Creamy Crabmeat

Ingredients:
½ cup Heavy Cream
¼ cup Chicken Broth
1/2 Red Onion, chopped
¼ cup Butter
½ Celery Stalk, chopped
1 pound Lump Crabmeat

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter in your Instant Pot on SAUTE.
  2. Add onion and celery and cook for 4 minutes.
  3. Add crabmeat and broth.
  4. Stir to combine and close the lid.
  5. Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes.
  6. Do a quick pressure release.
  7. Stir in the cream.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
