Instructions

1. Combine Dry : In a microwave-safe mug (at least 8 oz / 240 ml), add the cocoa powder, coconut flour, baking powder, and Swerve. Use a small whisk or fork to mix thoroughly, breaking up any clumps.2. Add Wet : Pour the heavy cream, water, and olive oil into the mug. Whisk until the batter is completely smooth and well combined.3. Add Chocolate & Cook: Sprinkle the chopped dark chocolate over the surface of the batter. Microwave on full power for 60-80 seconds. For a fudgier center, aim for the lower end of the time range (around 65 seconds).4. Cool and Enjoy: Carefully remove the hot mug from the microwave. Let the brownie cool for a minute or two before digging in. It’s best enjoyed warm!
